Plush Service Booking Update

The BRINK workshop is now a fully accredited Plush Suspension Service Centre. All suspension service work will be carried out by their expertly trained technicians in their fully equipped workshop. This represents a relatively small change to the status quo for service work with Plush. You'll get the same great service and quality of work you are used to, along with the benefit of some scheduling efficiency that should shorten lead times and get you back on the trails as soon as possible.

Pre Service FAQ

  • Yes! you can book as many items as you need on a single booking. Just select the all the relevant items on the form above and submit your booking. Each item is assigned a time slot depending on our technicians availability. Note that time slots for multiple items may be spread across multiple days but we always aim to return all items to you at once.

  • Most of our customers choose to ship their service items to us. Package your items in a sturdy box with plenty of protection to ensure they are not damaged in transit. Then, book a shipment with your courier of choice. If you’re unsure which courier to use try Parcel Hero.

  • For return shipping we charge £12 for forks and £8 for shocks and seat posts. We’ll always aim to combine items and packaging to minimise return shipping costs. A shock and a seat post will fit comfortably in one of our fork boxes, so the maximum charge if you booked all three items would be £12.

  • Sure! You’re very welcome to drop your service items off in person at the workshop during normal opening hours.

  • Clean suspension make our technician very happy. It doesn’t necessarily need to be showroom condition, but removing any caked on dirt and grime is greatly appreciated.

    We will record any compression, rebound and air pressure settings where applicable when we book your items in and reinstate them once any service work is complete.

    Please remove any additional accessories such as mudguards, brake mounts, saddles etc.

  • After your service is completed, your items will bench tested and your original settings will be re applied before being returned to you. You can read more about what to expect after a service in our After Service article. Click here.

  • When your service work is complete, you will receive both an email and a SMS notification. Each contains a link to our workshop portal where you can pay for your service online.
