I know that's how the news reads currently, but in all seriousness the global supply chain has been heavily impacted by everything happening in the world right now.
From the raw materials getting to factories, to the trucks that stuff gets delivered on, everything has had problems at one point or another. The end result of these issues and temporary closures, is that delays for end products and service spares have smashed our industry. Remember when toilet paper was the hardest thing to get in the world? Well, bog roll has been replaced by Lyrik C2 service kits which are currently due on the 9th of December 2024. Yes, that's not a typo, 2024!
The reason for this page is to update you all on what service kits we may be limited on so that you can plan your services accordingly. If you see something you have on the list below, please call us as it means we are either running low or working on getting replacement seal kits. This may cause extra delays and we would rather let you know before you send your work in. Maybe you can keep riding that little bit longer and we call you when we have some news!
The team are working tirelessly to source seal kits to keep you out on your bike with minimal downtime. Sometimes this means using aftermarket (but high or even higher quality) seals when the OEMs are out of stock.
